Pat Brady Garza is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and Certified Grief Counselor dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate life's most difficult transitions with clarity, compassion, and hope. Drawing on more than three decades of experience walking alongside people through moments of profound change, Pat creates a safe, collaborative space where clients can heal emotional wounds, strengthen relationships, and rediscover their purpose.

Before dedicating herself full-time to counseling, Pat spent many years as a registered nurse in pediatric intensive care, palliative care, hospice, nursing education, and hospital case management. That experience continues to enrich her perspective, giving her a deep appreciation for the emotional, physical, and spiritual challenges people face during life's most vulnerable seasons.

​A bilingual therapist fluent in English and Spanish, Pat earned her Master of Arts in Community Counseling from St. Mary's University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of the Incarnate Word. She is passionate about helping clients find hope, embrace healing, and create meaningful, lasting transformation.
